It was a sunny day, there was nothing better than going for sushi and green tea with Kamil.On entering the sushi restraurant we got a seat near the chef.We ordered all sorts of delights of raw fish before Kamil stood up in middle of the sushi bar and plugged his computer into the electrical supply on the wall. I was embarrassed but kept my cool. Kamil said in a soft voice 'See anything is easy,if you put your mind to it'. I smiled. Then he said ' Step 3- easy, try to dance for 20 minutes a day, just put your mind to it'.
I was waiting for the next part but there was nothing. Again he stood up and said in a very big voice ' Ryan my friend, step 4 I'm trying to show you right now, as you become less self conscious you will be able to join a club or dance class; try dancing with a partner- but always remember you are doing it for yourself'.
I got it, I wasn't going to try and impress others, like some kind of crap hip hop dancer or something.... the day ended with me dreaming happy thoughts.

step 2 - Kamil's helping hand
Well it was a week later when I met Kamil. We had a chat and he gave me the next words of wisdom. 'Now you know the first step, once your muscles are warmed up i want you to move as much of your body as you can, without straining- remember it's important that you enjoy what you're doing, like making love romantically.
This left me thinking about being young, full of energy and open to the world. Kamil smiled and said 'Let's go to the sushi bar tomorrow and I'll tell you step 3 and 4. Enjoy your evening dancing with your body.'

lessons from Kamil - step 1
Not being a dancer; I felt left out and wondered how I could join this wonderful art, Kamil had introduced to me. One day I asked him..... His words of wisdom were 'start dancing at home to any type of music you like. Do not try to reproduce any formalized dance movements like a robot,but just allow your body to move naturally and easily in whatever way comes to you. Switch off the TV, unplug the internet ,lock the door and dance slowly to warm your muscles up. Then follow the music and your feelings.....Ryan this is the first step into a world of magic and wonder. Once you have done this let have chat.'
