親愛なる皆様

気温の変化が激しい時期ですが元気にお過ごしでしょうか？

皆様をエキサイティングな公演に招待させていただきたいと思います。
自作の　“Ｌｉｆｅ`s　Ｒｈｙｔｈｍ”という作品を踊ります。　
お忙しいとは思いますが、ご来場頂けたら嬉しく思います。

I would love to kindly invite you to participate in an exiting event where I`m going to perform my original creation (“Life`s Rhythm” solo dance performance) It will take a place in one of the greatest hall in Japan NHK OSAKA HALL on the 23rd of May 2009 (2009/05/06).
You can enter NHK HALL foyer at 4 pm. , however the beginning of entire show 4:30 pm.

I wish and hope to see you there and have a chat after the show.

Step 5 - children are energy

After trying to wriggle my way out of joining a dance Studio, like Kamil's. A flash of self sabotage plans hatched themselves. It was a month later when I met Kamil, he asked why I hadnt come to the studio. I said "I have a family to look after....... "
'great he said in my studio I like children to come for free. Dance with your children - especially pre school age children. Your energy will flow.......... see you next week.
